Funny, after losing 6 out of the last 8 games, you dont see Josh "hoodie jr." Mcdaniels fist pumping and acting like an idiot on the sidelines. Although getting rid of Cutler was a good move on his part....

I was thinking of Cutler this morning. Wanted out of Denver because they talked about maybe trading him and it hurt his feelings. Wonder if he has developed thicker skin now that an entire city wants him traded, released, or just injured and off the field?
Be carefull what you wish for because you just might get it.

he is such a whiney baby, Denver did well getting what they got for him. my guess is probably a lot of his current teammates arent loving him all that much now, he doesnt come across as a likable kind of guy, which is ok if you are putting up numbers and winning games but when you are throwing 3 picks per game.......

I like the emotion as a Denver fan. It's nice to see somebody in blue and orange fired up. Hasn't been that way since Al Wilson, Shannon Sharpe and Rod Smith exited in rapid succession.
It's clear you have a hate for McDaniels. I'm guessing you hate the Patriots too?

Mcdaniels hasnt done a thing yet, sure they were 6-0 at the time, he should no better than to get cocky and think they were an elite team, i believe term is "act like you have been there before" and while i am not a huge Patriots fan, i do respect what they have accomplished. Just out of curiosity, where did you stand on the Mcdaniels/Cutler issue at the time?
Interesting to see what Indy does this week at home vs the Jets. I'm assuming the same approach as last week @ Jacksonville will take place. Offense will be out there all game and the defense will take limited snaps (Mathis and Freeney in particular).
I'm surprised that Vinatieri hasn't fully recovered/gotten in to take some kicking. I'd assume he would in the final 2 games because if he doesn't get in then, then he won't be in the playoffs.
Just saw Moss' press conference after the game and he is awesome! There's the reason he is the only NFL jersey I own!
Straight cash homie!

I hated McD and gain unapproval for him for the whole drama. Going to Cassels instead of Cutler looks stupid, especially considering the offense did fine the season before. But I've grown warm to him now with the early success and the fire and passion he shows. I actually do appreciate the energy he brings to the table. That's a guy who wants to win and have his troops playing at their best. Some of his play calling decision I don't like at certain times in close games, but they aren't overshadowing him. This team is playing beyond the expectations I had for them. Never expected we have a shot to make the playoffs let alone be .500.

Yeah. He did that once after a huge win over the man who mentored him. What a jerk.
After suffering Shanahan and his complete lack of emotion for about 4 years longer than we should have, I welcome Coach Mac with open arms. Get some youth and energy in here. Like it's been said, no "experts" gave the Broncs any better than 5 or 6 wins max this season. They've easily surpassed expectations.
I'm excited for where this team is going in the future. Are they winning the SB this year? Of course not. I'm too lazy to search this thread but I was always anti-Cutler during that whole debacle. Whiny little punk.

To me, he wasn't fist pumping because they were 6-0....he was fist pumping because they beat a great team. He was living in the moment and nowhere will you ever find it on the record that he thought they were an elite team.
My feelings on the Cutler saga are on the record here for all to see. I've never tried to hide them. I was dead wrong, though I doubt the Broncos are anywhere near where they are now if Cassell had indeed been the guy they got instead of Orton.

Really? Bangin on a guy because he won a game to go 6-0...against his mentor...in his 1st season as a head coach....with a team most expected to miss the post season by a mile???
Thats pretty weak.

Sure....except he has never been there before with his own team. So whats your point?

yeah and a coach telling the other teams players before the game "we own you" after they beat them once, you can say that is confidence, but to me that is stupid, the guy thinks he has won like Bellichek and even Bellichik wouldnt do that.. how well did that trash talk do for you, hoodie boy?

Okay we get it, he sh*t on your corn flakes this morning, if you were a coach in the NFL your saying that you would show 0 emotion and not try to get your team fired up for games? Fact is he took a team that was expected to be a top 10 pick and turned them into a possible playoff team, if thats not good enough for you I don't know what is.
Sometimes you just pick the wrong road game to go to...
It could be worse they could have been in Oakland and threw batteries at them.
Kind of sad though that you pay all that money to see a game and then you end up leaving because security doesn't start throwing people out. Throw out a few and they might stop but I guess in philly the security might get owned with snowballs and there is nothing they can do about it.
