I had to look this category system up. Pretty weird system! Category 1, 3, 8, 9, 10? Reading about why it looks this way now doesn't make it any better.

I'm in Tuscany and hearing fairly frequent, distant rumbling. If this doesn't fizzle out a bit, based on the radar, we could be in for a show.

Interested to see how this plays out as the forecasted path for the bigger parts of the storm are either pretty far north or pretty far south...

What do you potentially lose if you do move it? Less time than it took to post?

What do you potentially lose if you don't move it . . .

All cells are currently under 10km in height although the ones aimed at Calgary are pretty close. Seems worthwhile to move vehicles just in case it's slightly worse than advertised.

Anyone know how they decide how many planes to send up? Only 3 are up there and one is dealing with the storm headed to Airdrie.

It used to be a bit of a secret that not many knew about to access, now I think lots are aware of it and with storms approaching like this it is buckling a bit under all the traffic.

One headed across the bottom half of Calgary is now at 11.4. Top half is looking pretty fine.

Buckle up.

It's looking like there will be another line of storms after this one.

It has gotten so dark inside my house. 45 degree rain. Coming down in sheets.

And my kid is at Butterfield Acres day camp... this should create a childhood memory.
