From what I gathered there's a turncoat in the prison letting walkers in from the other cell blocks and baiting them to the fences trying to have the prison overrun.
Or is it someone on the outside...? The Governor trying to use zombie power to knock down the fences?
I loved the Season 4 teaser. I can hardly wait!! Looks like the zombies are decaying a lot more.
Dude when it comes to the Canucks, it could be a team of Adolf Hitler, Pol Pot, Augusto Pinochet, Josef Stalin and Kim Jong Il and if one of them scores against the Canucks you take it.

The Walking Dead as a property is kicking off its tenth anniversary celebration by infesting the world with more zombies than ever. While the fourth season of the record-setting TV series is set to premiere in October, AMC has announced a second series set in the world of Rick, the Governor, and the walkers has been greenlit for development.

Location: Close enough to make a beer run during a TV timeout

I think it would a cool to see more of the story as the infection begins. For example Shane once said something like "it started out as just some crazy stories on the news." And while we have seen some flashbacks, most of the story has taken place long after the hard decisions have been made.
I can't imagine when it is all starting having to be one of the first people to decide to try and shoot what you belive are still "people."
AMC must be pretty desperate for programming with all the spin-offs they are attempting. Well I guess better these than the normal crap on television. I am sure we'll all give these series a try at bare minimum.

TV has never been better than the last few years. Yes, there is a lot of crap out there, but there's also a great deal of quality shows as well. 95 percent of them are on cable, but they do exist.
If you made the case for normal crap on film, I'd get on board with that. I vastly prefer TV shows to movies these days.

You've got a couple sure-fire ratings hits with a Walking Dead and Breaking Bad spinoffs. If they're done right, they could give them another few seasons of hits. It's a the smart move by execs.
Hopefully they continue to test out new original programming. I liked The Killing and Rubicon but I they're probably considered "misses" by most people.
The comics are painfully slow at this point.. much slower than the TV show.
I tend to wait 3-4 months to read them and at least then something will happen in that 4 issue time period. It has been redundant for a while now, I hope the show just goes off on a completely different tangent.

It's obvious that Kirkman writes for the the trade paperbacks and not for the single issue stories. That's where he makes the "big money" in terms of comics.

I only read the trades and they are getting pretty meh.
For a spin-off, I think a time skip maybe 10-15 years into the future would actually be quite cool. Even better if the prime version lasts 6-8 seasons and slowly catches up to the spin-off.
