Well now that Iga is out, putting all my support behind Coco. She's got a great chance to win her first Slam now.

We still have two Canadians alive in women's doubles, Leylah and Taylor Townsend are looking really good as well as Gaby and Erin Routliffe. Vondrousova is playing a singles match as I type versus Peyton Stearns and just lost the opening set and she appears to be struggling with the humid conditions. Gaby and Erin are scheduled to take on Vondrusova and Strycova later today in doubles.

Madison Keys defeating JPeg 6-1 6-3 is quite the result.

Keys is a player that is constantly going deep in majors but never able to cross that finish line. A title here would be so well deserved

Feel bad for Strycova as she is retiring after the US Open and thus it ends a darn fine doubles career (30 WTA doubles titles along with two singles title plus she won Wimbledon in 2019 alongside Hsieh Su-wei)

Such a shame that Jack Draper has either picked up another injury or it could be just exhaustion, but Bweh just broke him at love and Jack is moving very slowly out there at the moment.

His biggest issue right now is health, because on hard court he's a top 20 player easy.

Meddy has already asked for an inhaler (having issues breathing) and looks quite flushed to be honest. Barking at his box and De Minaur is serving for the opening set at 5-2

Stamps getting their asses handed to them makes it an easy decision to watch Sinner vs. Zverev.
Edit: Stamps come back from 15 points down to beat the Elks, come on Sinner let's make it two comebacks tonight.

All square at 1 set apiece. Sinner looking much better in that second set.
