Sorry for the delay. For Sidekick we'll take
Bucky Barnes
Captain America's loyal sidekick. I still remember when he died, nothing says sidekick like getting blow'd up.
In the closing days of World War II in 1945, Captain America and Bucky try to stop the villainous Baron Zemo from destroying an experimental drone plane. Zemo launches the plane with an armed explosive device on it, with Rogers and Barnes in hot pursuit. They reach the plane just before it takes off. Bucky unsuccessfully tries to defuse the bomb, and it explodes in mid-air. Bucky is believed killed in action, and Rogers is hurled into the freezing waters of the North Atlantic.

Bucky did not die. He became the Winter Soldier, and now he IS Captain America.

I select in the costume category, WAR MACHINE:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_machine
James "Rhodey" Rhodes has been a featured character in the Iron Man animated series and The Invincible Iron Man and was played by actor Terrence Howard in the 2008 film, Iron Man, with Don Cheadle replacing him for the sequel.[1]
War Machine Armor (Model JRXL-1000)
Main article: Iron Man's armor#War Machine
The "Variable Threat Response Battle Suit" is a carbon-composite-based armor which provides its user with superhuman strength and durability. Stark gave Rhodes a modified version of the armor created just for him with the inclusion of repulsors in the gauntlets and a multifunctional unibeam in the chest. The armor has an improved tactical computer system and automatic targeting and weapons including Unibeam, Pulse Bolt Generators, gatling gun, double-barreled cannon, flamethrower, Plasma Blade, Micro-Rocket Launcher, and Particle Beam Discharger. The suit also includes a Force Shield, forcefield-based stealth technology, boot-jet propulsion, and self-contained breathing system. Though Rhodes lost the original armor, he still possessed a functional prototype helmet and gauntlet.

Ronald....I beleive you chose the War Machine's ARMOUR as your WEAPON so technically he is still available for a hero/costume pick. Just like Batman's utility belt is still available after Batman has been picked

Noted. I never said he died, just that he was blow'd up. Didn't want to go into the winter soldier part of it, just too much info. But yes, he did not die.

I mean I would think that you are allowed to pick again.
Maybe as punishment (for picking my pick) I'll make the pick for you.

Ok, in honor of St. Patrick's Day, I re-select in the costume category SHAMROCK:
http://www.marvel.com/universe/Shamrock
Molly Fitzgerald's father was a fanatically militant Irish nationalist. When Molly was three years old, her father took her and her brother to the north Ireland mountainside as he asked the heavens to grant his son the power to strike down its enemies. Although nothing seemed to have happened, Molly found in her freshman year in college that she was the one who was blessed. She discovered she was surrounded with a protective aura that caused random improbabilities to manifest themselves on her behalf whenever she was in trouble. Rather than return to the war-torn mountains, she used her "good luck powers" to become Ireland's super heroine, Shamrock.

Wow seriously Batman went to the 5th pick? He should have been first overall. Only the second man in history to survive Darkseids Omega Beams. Batman plans for EVERYTHING, that is his super power. He planned for an attack against his mind during an experiment that may have been harmless, he also planned for the fact that Dr. Hurt would PLAN that he PLANNED for the planning! You can't beat this guy!
I can't believe I missed this draft. Lets do another
Alright I made my own picks on what is left over and I got everyone I would have wanted except Hal Jordan, damn you MattyC! (I assume you meant Hal Jordan, duplicate characters in the GL category must be allowed since there are thousands of GL's across the galaxy, I understand your Robin comment was aimed more so there wouldn't be three Robins in the sidekick story even though there is only one Robin at any given time)
I will post them after the draft is over to not add spoilers for anyone that might not have thought about it themselves.

False.
But many people believe this to be true. Have you read Final Crisis?

Not sure if I've read it all? I am working on memory and reading up on some websites. I must have got some bad intel on Batman being dead. I didn't think he was really dead though, this is comicbooks afterall .
