Been there way too many times but was unaware of the Morman/Christian battle raging on.

Maybe start his own party? The Alberta Party? give people an actual alternative to the current regime. I REALLY hate steady Eddy, but who should I have voted for? Taft? so we can all lose our jobs because of royalty increases? No thanks.
The WRA? With all due respect to "First Lady" they come across as fringe party. I checked their website and their agenda seems far to unrealistic.

And as for the "Libs" issue, I prefer "Fibs" actually.
But after tonight, they might be called "Cribs"... as Edmonton burned them big time.

He attempted to nationalize our oil industry and started the worst oil company in Canada, Petro Canada.. They are still run like a government organization despite having cut their ties a few years ago.. Western alienation may have been spawned during confederation. But it was kicked into overdrive by Trudeau.

Ditto for the way oil is produced. It costs less than twenty bucks to bring a barrel of oil to market. It closed today at just under $103/barrel. Many developed countries in Western Europe provide third level education completely free of cost, despite lacking anywhere near our per capita surplus.

Keith Brownsey thinks this may be the worst voter turnout at the Provincial and Federal level ever.

It was a turtle raise concerning leadership traits and it says a lot when the voters found Taft to be wanting in that area.
At the end of the day this was an election that featured weak platforms, terrible campaigning and poor personalities.

Up here in \Edmonton the tv panel is being dominated by a guy from the Alberta Federation of Labour, who is there instead of an NDP rep.
I find this ironic because that hyppocrite Mason had all those ads about his party is supported by people while the Libs and the Tories are supported by business. Mason never said one word about the negative attack ads that his henchmen in the Federation of Labour ran.\
There is a tremendous amount of rightous indignation by the Federation of Labour and the Libs. They are now spinning it saying that lower voter turnout favoured the Tories, which is exact the opposite to what they were saying yesterday.
I hate the s. I think Mason owes Albertans an apology for bringing American style attack ads into Alberta politics.

The Liberals have to re-brand themselves. If they couldn't win more seats today when the PCs were ripe for the picking, they never will.
"Liberal" is a dirty word in Alberta. The Provincial Liberals are being blamed for perceived past crimes of the Federal Liberal party.

I don't think creating even more party's is the answer.
Fix the ones we have now.
Although Dinning looks very appealing right now.

Could you please elaborate? I made three statements in that post about Lethbridge, which one is incorrect? Have you ever been to Lethbridge? Please stay on topic and curb the personal attacks, not relevant here. Thanks.
