That list of "altercation details" is pretty much just a regurgitation of social media rumours from random people. Maybe some or all of those points are true, but I would take all with a grain of salt until they lay it out in court next week.

This is quite fair. Either convicting or acquitting McKenna based on the crap floating around online is a bad idea.

I agree with Dino, however, that if the guy was actually waiting around for McKenna after getting thrown out of the bar, he was not an innocent victim; he was trying to start something, and succeeded far too well. I'll be very interested to see if that particular point turns out to be true.

Also: If the fight was a continuation of an incident that started inside the bar, then obviously the surveillance video taken outside does not tell the whole story. I suspect God-Emperor 5abi will be furious when he hears of this, and probably order us all executed.

I get it's a hockey player doing things type thread BUT if this was a he's not going to face any consequences type thing . This is a felony 1 charge. To charge someone in the states with a Felony 1 charge they are sure/ have evidence to prove that. Even if this happened at the scummest of scum places in Florida is it hard to catch a F1 charge.

That's felony with intent meaning he really ####ed up. I means he was most likely the aggressor and he took it overboard when he had the chance to stop.

I get it " don't chirping a guy's mom " thing but legal side of things dont care about words vs violence especially in the states. The first amendment is holy than well the holy book.
