A team that had MacKinnon and Crosby couldn't beat Denmark? Like, overall a pretty young group, but that's pretty embarrassing against Denmark.

They looked like they just expected to win because they're Team Canada.
No extra effort to try and get a second goal. Just trying to kill the clock after they scored the first one.

Good for the Danes, the Canadians will just have to drown their sorrows in Carslberg and Tuborg and some kogt tork!

in a weird way, it reminded me of Canadas last WJCs. Lots of quality on paper, but a lot of dump and chase on the ice. Certainly expected a more dominant and creative team.

July crap. I saw that on twitter and thought it was some junior b team Canada tourny. Denmark beats Crosby and McKinnon? Dafuq. My wife and kids are danish. This is like Bangladesh winning. How little did they give a fata for that to happen? Legendary negative give a crap.

And the team Canada lost to is just being absolutely demolished 6-0 by Switzerland. How, just how did we lose to Denmark???

I love upsets. Denmark’s win is amazing, these are the kinds of stories that make sports awesome. Powerhouse teams getting served a piece of humble pie is always hilarious!

Markstrom got pulled so I don’t think it was Rasmus’s fault.

Probably not. Markstrom is awful. Honestly hated the signing when we made it. Never was a Markstrom fan or those type of big goalies with temper issues.
