Probably a figurehead moreso than the reality. I'm sure his assistant will be the person running things. He was such an important of the success to the organization for such a long time that he probably deserves some unconventional way of staying with the organization.

He was scared for a shooting foul on 3 pointers so he just gave up points. What a choice and it cost them big time. Terrible inbound plays as well. Was just trading today how players say he’s an amazing coach.
