Most of the relocation stuff is fairly nearby and expected to be done before the end of the year, weather-permitting. If things are mild-ish, they can probably get to it as early as November. If weather doesn't cooperate, it'll spill into the New Year.

A decent chunk has been completed at the Olympic way / 11th Ave intersections however I can say for 100% there is a modest amount of electrical utility relocating that will still need to be done. But I'm just a dumb electrician (suck my balls timun, im not dumb enough to put my stamp online).
