Morant, Giannis, Herro all out. This is gonna be more interesting. With a league that babies it's star players, having all these guys suddenly out should change the dynamic on each of those teams, where the supporting cast will have to pick up their play. Should be interesting.

Consistency is in question. He's older now, bad back and all. If he can make any progress this year against the competition he's under he'll be a legend. But there are too many teams stronger than the Clippers. The Suns are pretenders.

The Suns lost a lot of depth to get Durant.
This was the first game they lost with him in the lineup.
Seemed to take them a while to get going I wouldn't count them out.

Not surprised but was kinda surprised given Michael Grange’s article on Sportsnet thinking he wasn’t going to get the hook. It’s unfortunate he wasn’t professional a few weeks back but personally I’m looking forward to what this offseason brings. It’s gonna be wild.

Woj saying Ime Udoka is a serious candidate to take over.
Hopefully he has over his cravings.

Crazy downfall for him...he was a so highly regarded just a few years ago, but it was an incredibly poor choice to talk about his questionable future with the club right before the play-in game...I couldn't believe my ears. Things you don't see in the NHL...
Should have been a simple "we'll talk about that when we get there. For now, we've got a game to worry about and I'm focused on the success of this team."

I believe in the Jays.

Seemed inevitable after Nurse’s comments a couple weeks back about weighing his options.

Nurse was the right coach for a contending team, wrong coach for a developing one. I hope FVV and Siakam do not get extended. Time to move on from 2019.

Fred is done, I’m positive of that. Siakam has value to most teams contending. He’s just not suited as #1. Put him as your number 3 and every team would take him. Teams using him as their go to primary scorer are simply misusing him. I hope the Raps can get some trade capital from him. In any case I don’t think anyone on the team is a franchise player at this point. Scotty may be but after this season there are major questions.
Regarding Nurse, I thibj he showed he was a good coach especially for young players. This year the team just east good, even on paper, and you can work your magic so long before you become less effective. I’m sure there were personal rifts though as you look between the lines and it really looks like a madhouse where multiple layers looked upset at one another. He didn’t handle that presser well and lied saying the media brought it up. That was unfortunate because it really made him seem phoney.
There was an interesting radio interview the other day with that Florida coach who raved about Barnes before he was drafted and is also a friend of Masai, so said a few name possibilities of who could be hired and who’s respected and who’s cutting edge on the coaching front. Aside from Haslem, I wasn’t familiar with the other names but there seem to be a few name highly sought after who aren’t household names.

I don't like this, it's hard to find good coaches in this league. Seems like FO is convinced that the roster is good enough to contend and Nurse is the scapegoat.
If Udoka is the replacement I hope OG and Scottie take the same steps that Brown took under him.

Nurse probably isnt very upset. There's only so many years you can coach a mediocre team without losing your mind.
