When did STL make their coaching change last year?
As Scorp noted no goals in the first period of the last four games shows:
(A) game plans not working
(B) team not ready to play
(C) team slow, cannot keep up
(D) team too small, cannot win the puck battles

It's disappointing how content Peters is in continuing to run with the exact same lineup that yields no results, or any merits of it turning around, while this team has flatlined. He's not really trying to get this team going by switching up lines to reignite the club.
Saddling Tkachuk with a deadweight like Backlund all season long is a disservice to Tkachuk and the roster as a whole. I understand the forward roster as a whole isn't great, but at least give an honest effort to something new to try to yield different results. Not doing anything is just giving up.

they made that trade just as a game was about to start. I remember being at the Dome when it came out that Cammy had been re-acquired. Flames even announced it on the jumbotron.
