Ok Flames, don't give the Isles anything. Keep your foot on the gas!

I actually don't disagree with these notions. The old school way of thinking of showing respect by not wearing numbers of greats is backwards. By this way of thinking, everybody's numbers in the top 10 should be retired too.

I see it as you admire and idol the past by wearing such a number.

That was a great period for the Flames, but as we saw against the Predators, that lead can evaporate if we don't continue to press. Lets not sit back and keeping pushing the play.

Plus Snow is as much of a scumbag as Ho Sang so I'm not surprised he doesn't care.

not sure what the big deal is with the 66... kid was a fan of Mario...

in all honestly, it puts a lot more pressure on him than just picking a regular number... pretty sure folks in the NYI room don't think its that big a deal

I can't remember - did Mario get any flak for choosing 66 because it was 99 upside down?

Stone looked silly on that play, it was a nice move but no need to drop to both knees on that play.

Flames getting marginal penalty calls with a 4-0 lead? Maybe the Wideman effect is dissipating.
