Someone for the life of me tell me why Chiasson is on the line with Gaudreau and Monahan? I know this has already been a topic of conversation but it's so frustrating to see what should be our top line, be completely reliant on one person.

Ya, that's the safe play and he can always go back there, but there is nothing about his game that isn't ready to be a top end guy.

team is tied with a 1st place team...sometimes I wonder what some fans expected of the Flames this season. Top line has a borderline NHLer on it, cut 13 some slack

Agreed. Don't put this on Gaudreau. He either sets up his own goal or provides a perfect look for Monahan or Chiasson. Chiasson has zero ability to get Gaudreau a good look.
