There's two trains of thought on this one. Sign him now and risk affecting his current great play, but you sign him cheaper now than later.
Or you sign him at the end of the season, costs you more, but doesn't mess with a good thing and gives you more time to see if this is "just a hot streak".
Personally, I'd wait.

He has 3 masks.
One he wears with the home jersey, one with the road jersey, and one with the retro jersey.
