With Gutless officiating, Ott dirtbaggery will escalate...
I really get irritated when refs call it closely, "to set the tone" early in games, but feel compelled to STOP making calls late, for fear of "affecting the results"...the DO affect the results.
Or...like this...a high stick...where it is too obvious to ignore. (although I don't see how Ott ripping a guy's helmet off ISN'T as obvious)

Out of curiosity, had a look at Toews stats.
Dude is 27, and this is his 120th playoff game. That is madness.

Double minor against CHI for a Kane high stick. Prime chance for STL to pull ahead!

Schwartz! Off a set triangle passing play.
Still on the PP.

Nice passing play. Just fantastic hockey between these two, every hockey fan should be making a point of watching this series. The storyline gods will probably have Kane come out fresh and hungry to make up for his penalty and end up tying the game in the closing minutes.

'Hawks jumping D-Men in, even shorthanded, now.

Chicago has had three terrific shorthanded chances on this double minor penalty.

Why is Q STILL trotting out Rozival? Another two turnover sequence...

That is pretty nuts.
44 year old Jagr is going to play his 205th tonight and he's got more than 15 years on Toews.

Blues got home ice back...this one looks like it will go the distance...neither goaltender looks like they can be beaten by anything but bounces off of guys or PP shots.

Agreed. Looks like it will, and I'm glad. This has been the most entertaining series of the playoffs so far. Really great hockey.
