Thanked solely for the use of Gorram. I thought I was one of the few that used it. +1

Terrible. Don't use the "appeal to authority" fallacy. Address the point head on.

Watching a Kings feed and the commentators say that should be a goal. I agree. Helps with the draft so I am not that mad. If this was playoffs I would be irate!
The argument can be made that colborne was in the crease and as Quick tried to make the save Colborne being their hindered his slide to the right. Puck was five feet to the left though, Quick was not stopping that ever!

Need an enforcer, don't care if he gets 2 min a night he would be more useful than Bollig playing more minutes. Worth the roster spot to protect our stars IMO

Again with the Ferland argument, I think some of you have missed how he's played all season. You're basing your "I want to see him mess some guys up" on 6 games worth of viewing, ignoring the fact that he's played 60-70 odd games not doing that. Using the bulk of his NHL games as evidence, its clear that he either isn't capable of playing the hard physical role or he isn't being asked to do it. Either way, he doesn't deserve criticism for something he either can't do, or isn't being told to do.

I don't know. Might as well go back to the 90's with the fox laser pucks and and the terrible "Nothing inside the crease" rule that essentially made the Dallas Stars cup win such a debate. It was stupid then and these kind of calls tonight are equally as stupid.
This isn't soccer, fight through the darn screen. If Colborne was backing into him or pushing him back I can get that. But that was weak.

No need for an enforcer....just need teammates to stick up for each other.
It's really not that hard; I see other teams do it quite regularly.
It should be a natural response, not something forced/planned.

Can't be bothered trying to understand NHL refs. I will say that if Dwyer calls a goal like that off in the playoffs, the $hit will hit the fan.

Nothing terrible about what I posted, and 'appealing to authority' has nothing to do with a funny dichotomy.

Quick was moving from side to side which makes it difficult for me to believe he was interfered by Colborne. The sooner they get Toronto to do the reviews the better!

McGrattan had 8 points in 79 games his last full season here. Bollig has 3 points in 49. Bollig is not as useful as McGrattan.

So on the review is that ref actually talking to someone in Toronto? The 'war room' I assume, correct, can they not actually over rule the ref or does the ref have to agree in order for that to happen?
