At least the #Flames1stGoal tickets are still up for grabs. Looking forward to winning those.

What's the point of the budweiser goal light at the North Pole?

80's Saskatchewan or 90's RDTV quality. Terrible lighting/cameras, nevermind the "talent".

Looking forward to a choking, comatose inducing third period. And at least four more penalties and the referees interfering with this game for 20 more minutes.

Start Ortio in the 3rd. What do you have to lose?

Debating whether to waste the time to watch the third. Been a terrible game

This game sucks. The penalty parade is ridiculous, and the Flames have played like garbage. I still had hopes for the playoffs if they could earn another 2 points tonight, but obviously it's just not meant to be. What a frustrating season.

Coaching staff has zero confidence in Ortio and will not being starting him short of Hiller getting hurt or letting in 8.

Officiating has been diabolical in both games; tonight and last night. The only sport I know in the world where refs feel they need to even up the calls. Horrendous.

That's all there is to say about this game really.

OEL = Orr, John Shannon says so.
Orr had shoulder issues which is why he had to do short backswings, plus, the goalies in that era were too busy smoking to save pucks that weren't right at them.
OEL does that because he doesn't have time for a full windup, not because that's his style.

Between that and PJ giving the Coyotes player props for not tapping the puck in as if its some sort of classy move (I haven't seen that happen for years), just horrendous "analysis".

It's a stunt. I'd be willing to bet they actually set it up in a field in Saskatchewan and filmed it for a bit before calling it a day and heading home. Who would even know? Are you going to head up to the North Pole and check to see if the Budweiser light is set up? I'm not.

Shannon, Hiller should have saved that OEL shot. Don't chalk it up to be some incredible Bobby Orr windup...

Is Dave Tippett going to stand trial in front of an International Tribunal for crimes against Hockey?

And to think there was a contingent on this site that wanted Tippett hired to coach the Flames.

Meh. Worked for staging the moon landing.
