It's awfully big of you to try to understand - thanks. Anyway, I havent "ragged" on Glencross but so what if people do? Why do they have to wait until summer? Is there a set period for ex-Flames we have to respect? Did it apply to Phaneuf or Bourque, because if so, I have to apologize.

The drama around one unproven player reminds me of Tebow.

Non-factor. Barely noticed him except when he was giving the puck away because he was afraid to get hit. It was the Sven that we all know.

Well he was badly out-efforted for the puck almost anytime he went in to battle for it.

Even Craig Simpson noted the Canucks had 5 giveaways in one shift... and the official stats from NHL.com didn't reflect anything close to that. Those official stats are sketchy at best.

The NHL really needs to crackdown on the inconsistent stats tracking -- Baertschi easily had two glaring giveaways in that game. Hell, that was one of the worst games I've ever seen Edler play -- think he had half of the Canucks' giveaways.

Pretty sure he had three in one shift. He was terrible and not close to being a regular NHLer out there. Only reason he is playing is because of injuries and the Canucks really have no other option.

Besides one weak play, I didn't even notice he played (and I was particularly looking out for him). Basically he looked just as bad (or maybe a little worse) then all his callups this year. Another comparable is probably Hnat Domenichelli.

I counted 4 directly from Sven. 2 because he literally jumped out of the way from a hit. Like others are saying I really wouldn't put much stock into the official subjective stats from their barn.
Either way he was a non-factor.

As Calvin Biesucka would say. Sven, irrelevant.
Totally forgot the guy was even playing until I heard his name in play call. Never noticed him in a good way for sure. I hope we hit a home run with that second round pick AND that we dispose of the Canucks to make that pick a little earlier.

Flames got outplayed last night but many of the stats are pretty fishy...Canucks were turning over the puck left and right and some points including Sven.
Also, the shots? they got the guy from LA to do the game

According to the stats the canucks had 7 give aways and the Flames 4. It was a turnover factory on some shifts so I don't understand how they settled for just 11 for the entire game between the two teams.

In regards to Sven. The more I think about it the more he reminds me of a less physical Saprykin. Great tools but no tool box.
