It was more a shin on shin - and Bouma was going for a full body hit but Kozun lurched back at the last second. No dirty intention by Bouma.

I haven't seen the replay yet, but I hate that a player can get thrown out because another player isn't willing to take a hit, and tries to jump out of the way but fails to.

The key is Bouma didn't stick out his leg or move at the last second. It was a blown call.
