Agreed - and it will ALWAYS be Skydome as far as I'm concerned.

Also love seeing EE take the parrot for a run!

That parrot .gif makes me laugh every time.

Melky about as smooth as sandpaper out there in left but he gets the job done.

McGowan really has a tough time getting that 3rd strike.

Brutal. Please get McGowan off of the mound.

Bautista was not clearly safe. From what I saw it was a tie which should go to the runner. The problem is with these replays they don't follow that philosophy. If its a tie they use what was called on the field which is wrong.

Great game so far though! It is funny how this team isn't too much different from last season and is clicking on all cylinders. I have to give AA credit for assembling this team even after last years lack luster performance. In order for this team to compete for the WS they need to make a move to bring in another solid Starter as we all know that we will need one before the end of the season the way the Jays pitchers can get hurt.

Despite McGowan making me eat crow there he still instills no confidence in me when he is on the mound. Every batter he faces is a battle. But hey, he got the job done so what do I know.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeep!

Hope the Rays go another 15 innings today so they're all messed up the next 3 days.

Sweep! Unbelievable. This team is really impressing me right now. EE got the home run but Reyes manufactured that third run strictly from his speed with Jose Bautista cashing him in with the sac fly which is good team baseball.

Please tell me - why do you say tie goes to the runner? Because they said that in the schoolyard growing up?

On another note, the Jays are ripping right now. Nice to see. Not really a fan, but all things being equal I like to seem them do well.

Technically that's the rule.

For batters: Rule 6.05:

Quote:
After a third strike or after he hits a fair ball, he or first base is tagged before he
touches first base;
For runners: Rule 7.08e

Quote:
He or the next base is tagged before he touches the next base, after he has been
forced to advance by reason of the batter becoming a runner
before being the crucial component.

Back to back jacks to start the 4th, makes it 4-2 Jays.

This team definitely has some power.

LOL....and TB answers right back with their own b2b inning.

Nice if TO wins this one because everyone else in the east will have won today if not.
