Some of you guys take this game way too seriously. It's borderline deranged. The guy is a contracted employee. Have any of you ever been contracted employees? I have, and if mid-way through my contract my employer had told me my desk had been moved to behind the dumpster, I would've been well within my rights to resign.

So being traded to another team is akin to being moved behind a dumpster?  It's a business and all players sign on for it when they sign the dotted line and accept he millions of dollars they are paid to play a game. It's really not that tough a life.

Strickland way more credible and dialed in than Kypreos IMO. Makes sense too. They could afford time to let Kipper settle down and bring him in with a couple of games left to get a feel given their place in the standings.

For years the media has been begging the Flames to trade Kipper and Iginla.
Now that they are actually looking to do it, stories like these pop up and the media says that we won't get very much in return.
