I have a daily reminder to tweet them about this issue. Maybe others could join in.

Sportsnet pacific has the virtual ads for Canuck games at Rogers arena and I never notice the sync issue.
It's pathetic that SNW can't get their crap in order.

You guys can forward your complaints to the customer service team, who will then forward it on to the media team. I actually got a response from Sean Kelso (Director, Media Relations & Communications) on the subject when it was happening last year, and shortly after it was fixed.
If you can provide video/audio evidence as well, it helps. The highlights package on the Flames/NHL site has the issue that you can use as a reference.

to re-interate from last year. The Canucks, Flames and Oilers all sell the virtual ads to the network. The teams are responsible for suppling the Virtual imaging machine, not the network. Direct your venom to the appropriate place. Also there are a number of Virtual Imagining Machines, it is incumbent on the teams to purchase the appropriate one.

This is getting stupid. I heard the goal called before Gaudreau even passed to Mony on the offside goal.

I wonder how much has to do with sportsnet and how much has to do with the provider?
My buddy has Telus and he's a good minute and a half behind my bell TV.

This has been debated, analysed and determined a plethora of times now, the problem is Sportsnet. It has always been Sportsnet and it always will be Sportsnet.

I think you're confusing the issue. On Telus and Shaw the game feeds are behind each other. On Telus before Monahan even skated to take his shoot out winner the PGT thread was already up on CP.
It could be a Telus issue as well. This only started happening about two weeks ago.

Does anyone know what station/CCTV the Flames have broadcasting the game on screens throughout the Dome? I was at the game last night waiting for a whistle to head to my seat watching the game on one of the screens and I heard the crowd cheer for the goal about 3-4 seconds before it showed.

I was tweeting this BS to Sportnet last night, I didn't realize others were so frustrated as well. Awesome!
The feed time makes no difference to me, as I watch most games from PVR anyway. It's the audio sync that is absolutely ridiculous. Last night they were calling bodychecks and passes a few seconds before they actually happened on the screen. I get that they might be doing this on purpose so it appears more 'real time', but it's just too far out of sync and it makes it laughable.
Sportsnet has always had terrible audio though, I guess I can't be surprised that this is a problem.

Last nights first period was sponsored by LG, Samsung, Sony and any other TV maker. The blurrines and scattered color lines had me wondering if my brand new tv was defective.
feel bad for the PBP crew.... I love hearing about a save before my eyes have seen it.

10.6 years refers to the National Rogers package - not sure when the regional flames rights ( currently with Rogers) expires

I can almost guarantee the issue we are talking about (not the sync, but the delay) is a Telus issue.
My buddy and I were on the phone the other night and he (Telus) was well behind my Bell feed.

I have never noticed this using Game Centre online streaming. Whether it's the home feed (sportsnet) or other.
The only thing I notice is how low quality the sportsnet "HD" cameras are vs the other team's feed.
