He was playing a few shifts after that hit he took. It didn't look major or anything. I'm pretty sure he'll be fine.

Yep, hopefully, but he did go to the dressing room after that.

I'm at the game. First instinct was concussion. He was hit in the head and went down to the ice. Looked not right as he went to the bench and had his helmet off. I am pretty concerned that he is not played in the 2nd in such a close hockey game.

From what he has done in Portland is a more fair accurate evalution.

Then he should fit in well on the Flames. He can take over for Iggy as the man without a centre......

Except that Iggy actually has one of the top centres in the league this year, Jokinen.

Interestingly Sven has a lot of the skills that a good centre has. He has fantastic vision and is a great passer and playmaker. Give him a good shooter either at centre or on the far wing (IGINLA!) and he will hopefully work some magic!

Looks like he's taking the smart route and resting. Good for him. I know he must be frustrated but these things happen.

I was at the game. ......thot it seemed eerily similar to the Steckel hit on Crosby. .....looking one way and skating another with that 'side' head hit . Hopefully not a harbinger of things to come.

Ummm because our scouting staff saw his upside and potential and thought he would be a good pick from where they got him at. Weird question.
