The rest of them have to punt him the next time he doesn't win immunity, or else it may be too late. Problem is people like Philip and Natalie are pretty solid for him, and Grant may be as well. I really don't know how the rest of these players think they can go to final tribal council with him and plead their case to win. They can't. They really have to think the game a bit better and vote out Rob. But they probably won't.

I am not convinced that if a Zap makes the final he automatically wins. I think that David and Steve are very logical people and will vote with a level head. I don't think that either of them have any bitter feelings toward the majority of the opposing tribe.
Julie however is just a bitter bitch, and Ralph is too stubborn.

tbh if they bring someone back from RI and they only have to win 1 Challenge id be seriously disapointed. Especially if they end up winning and the After Show is boring bc all they will talk about is how there the "comeback player of the year" like come on there is almost as many people partially eliminated as there is still in the game. Winning 1 challenge and getting to pick the 2 people they think they can beat the easiest is nothing special.. especially with how weak the challenges have generally been this season.

Dont forget Rob has an Immunity Idol as well. He is safe for at least the next few weeks, which takes him to the final 4 basically. He will use it if he gets a sniff of trouble. By then it will be too late for anyone to vote him out.
It would have to be a perfectly played swipe to get rid of him, their chance to do that was last night and they blew it.

I don't know if they could blindside him though. He is such a keen observer who always seems to see right through people.

Everyone seems to think they are his #2-#3. Philip is the only one who may be able to do something.

It's uncanny. All this time he has been thinking bringing Philip would be a guaranteed win but then changed his tune slightly and got a feeling Philip was playing him this entire time. Which is correct.

See, I told you all, Phillip is crazy like a fox.
I almost would love to see his speech in front of the jury.

This is a great point. Why are people always so bad infront of the jury? Your speech can make or break who wins. It seems to me you would spend some of the last few days thinking of what to say...

think its definitely the right move, Rob has the idol so the next vote (I think f5 is the last time you can use it) won't matter to him no matter who comes back and if Natalie turns on him
I think at this point though the only people who can win are Rob and whomever comes back from redemption island (except andrea)

Going to be tight right down to the wire for Rob, I wonder if him playing that immunitiy idol will piss off his team mates who are both in the game and on the jury. Kind of a what the heck you never told me about the idol and also told me we were tight?
If gums start flapping on the jury about robs promised alliances with every individual player and that comes out during the questioning he could also be in trouble.

its nice that the finale is on sunday, its like 3 hours of content this week instead of 1 hour. Like every season I cant wait to skip the 15 min section where the final 3 stand over the torches of the eliminated survivors.

Tough to see Grant go as he was a cool guy and a great player, but I honestly can't say I'm surprised. Unless Ashley can pull another miracle immunity win out of her ass next week, it's looking like a Rob/Phil/Natalie final 3. An I'm okay with that. I still hope Rob wins though.

Agree with above poster ^^
Grant was fun to watch this season, especially in challenges. Probably one of the 1st true athletes to be on the show, the way he burned Mike in challenges was priceless. I think we should be suprized that Grant was still in the game down to 5, and it seems like Rob intended to keep him along longer which means he played at least a decent social game despite not making any moves.
Whats truly disapointing is how long RI has been going on. Its like the show is trying too hard to set someone up to win from RI. Coming back from RI and winning 1 or 2 Immunity Challenges is nothing special and I would hate for the whole season to be a waste because of it.
Next Season instead of RI they should just add a new Idol that instead of giving Immunity gives the Holder an Extra Vote. At a Final 6 vote like last night that kind of Idol would change everything! I think it would be a nice twist to try something like that. I think that kind of Idol would also make alliances different as its benefical to multiple people than an Immunity Idol.

I wonder why CBS has edited out all the talk that there is still a hidden immunity out there
No one has found it since Rob, Grant, and Phillip saw the clue
