This breathtaking view was from the middle of Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park, while canoeing on a hazy Summer day. Six image panorama.

MMF, and AFireInside, if you're looking for some good abandoned properties then I'd recommend anywhere around Drumheller, Nacmine, Delia, and Hanna. Lots of very cool landscapes east of Drum and the entire area has grain elevators, farm houses, buffalo herds, valleys, etc.
Not sure how far you'd be willing to venture, but it's a good day trip. If you can get out there soon, the sunrise through the smoke over the Drum valley is really beautiful.

The Vulcan area is also a great hot spot for that stuff. And specifically the backroads in and around a small hamlet called Brant.

Always amazing and intimidating to see the results of those who clearly have been putting countless shots and time into producing fantastic photos.
Starting to get used to using post (Lightroom).
