Unlike many Oilers, I've never had the impression that Puljujarvi is a jerk. If he'd started his NHL career with a better organization he might have developed into a good player and likable NHL character. Hopefully he gets a second chance somewhere he can save his career and doesn't simply end up another victim of the Oilers

Crazy how time flies. Draisaitl only two years left and three more years for McDavid. There's actually a crack of light at the end of the tunnel for them.

I think Draisaitl is gone for sure at the end of this contract. However. I think there's a chance McDavid is gone before Draisaitl leaves. A chance.

I haven't seen clarity on this but can the Oilers still offer 8 year deals to both players coming off their 8 year contracts?
