I can relate to his story of cricket players not being able to catch with a glove...had a guy on my mixed slowpitch team who would throw his glove off then catch the ball barehanded. His problem was getting the glove off in time.

That’s a big win. The pitching continues to be the story. Love that Schneider lets his horses go 7/8/9 innings sometimes. Bassit has been better than I expected.

Was going to make a comment during the game that Montoyo would've pulled him after 5 before the stupid 3rd time through the order thing. Glad Schneider seemingly has a better read on the game. Bassitt allowed only 1 hit his last 4 innings and it was a deflection off his glove. The dude has been an absolute beast.
