Saying he was called up is too generous to him as being called up from the minors is usually a good thing.

The Condors season was over after losing their opening round 2-0. Partly because Jack Campbell played in game 1 allowing 5 goals for a 5.16 GAA and a 0.857 Save Pct.

How this Oiler franchise can be so thoroughly obtuse is really something. The thread title really needs to change to Edmonton is great at not being good.

They had every chance to adjust the roster and add real depth at the deadline and back to last summer, but instead they go back to the well with suspect goaltending and a severe lack of depth at both F and D. Even the acquisition of Henrique is bizarre when you think of how many other players would have been better suited to play in the 6-9F spot and provide playoff style hockey to a team that desperately needs it.

Cannot wait to see them clearing out their lockers early again.
