Isn't there a huge Tebow defender on this site too? Mike Vernon I think?
Come to think of it I think Sowa has been a big Sanchez fan and took a lot of heat defending him last year, I wonder where he's at. I'd like to see what they think about the QB situation in NY right now

If anything Sowa is screaming for the Jets to sign Vince Young.

Everyone (righfully so because he is a beast) is talking about Peterson needing only 294 yards to break the all time single season rushing record, but remember that Calvin Johnson only needs 181 yards to break the all time single season receiving record as well!

Lets not forget those young pass rushers in JJ Watt and Aldon Smith who might break Michael Strahan's single season sack record of 22.5. Both are currently at 19.5

Just looking at the standings in the NFC....if that GB/Sea debacle had been called correctly, the packers would be in 2nd and looking at a 1st rd bye and a shot at the #1 seed, and Sea would still be in the 5 seed they find themselves in now based on their win against the Vikes. Damn that still is a horrendous blackmark on the league. Still cant believe that the Vikes get in that last WC spot...but i have no idea who will. Right now i woulld lean Cowboys, but who knows.
Also in the AFC, i think its entirely possible both Denver and Houston finish with 13 wins..but who would take the 1 seed? How big is that Bengals/Steelers game on Sunday...yikes.

THe only reason why he's starting McElroy over Tebow is if for some reason Tebow looks like a real QB and football player the media is going to make the man go mental for keeping him on the bench for so long.

If for some reason Tebow looked like a real QB we'd know the world actually did end Friday.

Houston has the tie breaker over Denver and would take 1st.

Being reported that Tebow is going to ask to be traded from the Jets. I wonder where he will get dealt? Kansas City? Arizona?

Jacksonville. I think they can safely quit on the Gabbert experiment.

He has 0 trade value in my opinion, he will likely get cut.
Jets are to stupid to realize this so they will keep him as a distraction for the remainder of the season only to cut him in the offseason.
What a stupid organization is there one worse run in pro sports than the Jests?

Yeah good call. I was thinking about adding them to list as well but didn't. Could see him being on any of those teams although KC could just take a QB at the draft if they want.

Sadly, I could see the Eagles as a darkhorse candidate for him. If Andy Reid somehow retains his job, then we all know how much he likes to tinker with project QBs. If they hire a guy like Chip Kelly and he wants to bring his spread offense, then I could see him look for a more mobile QB than Foles. Mind you, if he wanted to go this route then it would almost make more sense to keep Vick or trade for someone like Joe Webb.
In completely unrelated news, I really hope we don't keep Andy or hire Chip Kelly.

I don't see Reid being retained at all. I think a lot of coaches will be let go including Reid and Rex Ryan. Andy Reid will be a head coach for another team though next season.

Also, imagine the Jets with steady QB play this season. Probably a playoff team (#8 defense overall, #2 against the pass).

So you mean basically what Tebow had in Denver.

sadly bad teams can get so fixated on a QB, that they take a guy high who really isnt a great prospect, Gabbert, Ponder and Locker are all examples of this. They could have drafted JJ watt instead. that draft there were rumours that Washington might try and pick one of these guys but to their credit, they didnt and now they got they guy they really wanted a year later.
