You copied and pasted text and presented it as your own. But hey, don't worry about having integrity. Keep being you.

I posted a definition on a hockey message board
don't be stupid, that was the entire point...it's literally the DEFINITION of investing. Not presented as my own.
You are grasping at straws here, glad I could educate you on what investing is
and people get mad at me for being obtuse around here haha
"post your sources" the ####ing dictionary guy lol that is my MF source

I prefer when dino copy and pastes from other sources because then his posts have proper grammar, punctuation and more thought behind the creation of such statements.
But it's only when he's quoted by other users that it comes into play.

Lol. Super predictable you wouldn't take this bet and put your money where your keyboard is.
I did not see it coming that the excuse would be "too rich".

The Bet does make no sense for Dino when he could just bet his own $1000 on calls and make way more if it does
Wasn’t it always an avatar bet Dino wanted ?

You are correct on both counts, but it won't stop the gang from twisting things and piling on. The hate is real and this thread is basically an unreadable cesspool, but I can't seem to stop myself from coming back out of some sort of morbid curiosity.

The point of a bet is to have bragging rights ffs, it's not about whether it's a good investment

By that logic the you have made nothing and lost nothing until you sell to fiat. You have the correct temperament to hold a volitile thing like bitcoin that you don’t sweat losing a quarter million.

Actually the entire point of betting $$ is winning and betting on good odds !
Betting an avatar would be bragging rights - which was the original proposal

Fair enough, you talk a big game but $1,000 is too much risk for you.

I’ve learned that betting is good investing in this crypto gambling class.

exactly avatar bet...you is asking me to tie up $1000 for a year sending it to "someone he knows"
he made this lame bet because he knows it's stupid for me
I put my money where my mouth is daily
I am giving a great deal on the avatar bet, you guys say its dead and going to zero and I am saying all time high BUT if it goes to 67K USD this year which is massive gains I still lose

A $1000 isn’t actually that much in the grand scheme of things.

You are bailing on my bet too fyi, as is every hater in here....why?
not sure how valuable your avatar is since you never post
only an idiot would be bullied into giving $1000 to some rando that I don't know to tie it up for a year in a bet with terrible odds on my end
I could put $1000 in crypto directly and have no chance of losing it all in the next year
Really if the bet were fair it would be
All time high vs. Zero (your call)
whatever comes first but I was really putting myself out there
I think its 85% plus the bull run hits an all time high but if it hits 65K or something and I "lose" that would be dumb
You talk a big game but an avatar is too rich for your blood? see what I just did

true, would you let CP bully you into sending $1000 to someone you don't know to tie up for a year? Because I know a guy too
I get accused of being brash, egotistical and pigheaded in this thread, taking a dumb bet to "show him" would be exactly that
We can keep discussing it though, I have no rat race to get to in the morning
