No. It's the long weekend so many people are away and/or busy.
I don't see why everyone is in such a rush to pick. The game hasn't even been released yet. Our season is planned to start on the 2nd of October.

Well he hasn't been online in a week, I'm not just singling (sp?) him out, if anyone else didn't pick for a few days I would ask the same question. If my computers break then I give you guys permission to skip me after 2 days as well.

And I'm not sure why I'm in a rush lol, I just want to have a team picked and be able to practice with them by the 15th.

I agree with Bibtin. It'd be nice if we had our teams settled by Sept. 15 or before so we can practice with them. thesmugger hadn't been online in a while, I say Friday is the latest we wait, but I'd prefer sooner. With that said, most of us have our teams already so

I would be fine with adding this deadline. Put him to the end of the list at this point is fine with me.
I think we would(should) need a 2/3 majority to enact this deadline though.

I doubt that most people that have their teams already check this thread as regularly as I do, so we couldn't really get a 2/3 majority. So I guess friday is fine with me. But, if he hasn't picked by friday then do we skip him or put him as 30th?

I've already introduced a vehicle through which we could have added a time limit for making picks... but we still don't even have 15 people out of 30 voting for it.

Having said that though, as I indicated earlier, I'll start bumping people who take too long when it gets down to the final week before the game launches. Tomorrow night, I'll look at how many people are left and divide that by 7 (days), and that will be how long people will have to pick before getting bumped.

Also... if someone gets bumped twice, I'll replace them with people from the waiting list.

Ideally, I'd like to have everyone sorted out by Sept 15th, so we all have the same amount of time to get used to our teams.

you guys have my vote for whatever the majority of remaining picking players choose.

I'm assuming that is a vote to skip smugger after friday. whether he gets 30th or in between can be fanIn80's call

OK, there are 4 people left to pick and 7 days before the game launches... that means from now on there will be a 42 hour clock on each pick.

AFireInside has until 6PM on Thursday to make his pick.

Also, I'm still missing a Gamer Tag from Temp_User.
