Like I said, it isn't Entourage anymore. Entourage was about the boys making movies, now they don't show anything. No Enzo Ferrari movie, no Gatsby movie, both which would be awesome. This season strayed away from that, and has lost its edge. I still love this show, but I hope next season they go back to its roots.

I think it's pretty evident how far this show has fallen when they kill the only possibly interesting story arc, the stalker, by explaining it away 3 episodes from the end of the season as a stupid sorority prank.
Terrible.

I enjoyed tonight's episode. But I'm not an over sensitive Entourage hater who takes the show way too seriously. I really liked the Drama story today and seeing Vince bangin that chick on the water mattress was awesome. I've always like the Ari vs Terrance feud from a couple seasons ago and I'm glad they re kindled it. What happens with Llyodd could be hilarious.
Next week is the season finale and it's scheduled for forty minutes!!! Awesome!!!

Great episode, if he does in fact buy his old agency it will be immensely entertaining.

Can someone be a hater and watch the show every week? Am I not allowed to criticize something I love?
I enjoyed last nights episode. The Turtle/Jamie storyline is good as well as Ari may soon be Lloyd's boss

How exactly are people taking the show to seriously by simply preferring the earlier season (1,2,3) then this one? You paint this picture that if you find flaws or don't enjoy Entourage now that your taking the show to seriously. Sorry for wanting a little more substance then just music and hot girls with some laughs. Four years ago I started watching this show and got hooked. After season 3 the show has just slowly gone down hill in myn and a lot of other peoples opinion. I don't think it's fair to just put a label on me and others as "Entourage haters who take the show way too seriously" just because we haven't enjoyed the previous seasons

My main issue with the haters is that there's no pleasing them. If Ellin went back to showing Vince struggling to get the movie he wants or Vince just loving his life, then people would bitch about the show running out of ideas. Ellin tries something different like last year with Vince in a huge slump and him not catching a break, and everyone dogs on last season for not going back to its roots.
Entourage at the heart of the show, is not about Vince making movies, like someone posted a week ago. It's a show about friendship in a world that most people would kill to be in. I don't see how this has changed from Season 1 to Season 6. Like last night, it was all the guys supporting each other as they each had their issue to deal with, with the exception of Vince. They deal with their issues in a way that guys do.....givin each other bad advice and making fun of each other.
I'm not gonna try to defend this or last season as being better than Season 1-3, but I'm also not gonna say it's that much worse or that the show is on a rapid decline. The show is fine the way it is and I give Ellin and the other creators a lot of credit for trying something different. Change is good.

I think I may be alone in saying that I have enjoyed this season so far. I like the few different story lines that don't revolve around Vince, the struggling actor. He's made it, now they focused a bit more on the other guys. And the Ari/Lloyd and now Terrance plot has been fantastic. I can't wait to see the season finale next week.

You know what? I like neo Entourage. STD scare aside, the episode again reminded me how close to Eric I am, relationship wise.

I may be considered a "hater" because I've griped a bit about this season, but that doesn't mean "there's no pleasing me".
Make the show funny, like it used to be, and I'm pleased. They aren't even trying to be funny any more. If they were trying to be funny and it was just falling flat, that's one thing, but they aren't even trying for laughs.
Ari haggling with Terence last night was a hint of what it used to be like, but lately it's sitting through 25 minutes of idle chit-chat and whining.
Eric can have relationship troubles and get the clap, but make a goddamn joke once in a while.
The funniest scene, IMO, of the entire series, was in season ? when Vince was going to Japan to film that commercial. All four guys were sitting in that fancy Japanese office and they had some inane conversation about hiring some hooker/maids for the house. That kind of thing never happens on the show any more. It was pointless banter but it was funny.
Listening to Drama/E/Turtle whine about their girlfriends isn't funny or entertaining.

So they should stay perpetual 'man boys'? Look, I don't know if show has that many more years left it in, but watching the boys grow up is interesting to me. But then again, I liked Watchmen, so my opinion doesn't matter.

I have enjoyed this season as well, your not the only one. But I liked the Vince plot lines as well, and all he has done this season is have sex with hot chicks. I wanted to see him making Gatsby, or Enzo Ferrari movie. Next season will be good as well.

I don't know if they should stay "perpetual 'man boys'", but they should stay funny. That's all I ask. Get old, grow up, bitch about girlfriends, get married, have kids, get prostate cancer for all I care, just have a few laughs in there. Otherwise it's just like a million other shows that I don't care to watch. Those actors and writers can make me laugh, but they don't do it anymore.

What an awesome finale. They packed a hell of a lot into those 36 minutes. Some classic Ari moments for sure. The paintball gun scene was awesome and his speech in the psychiatrists' office was great.
Glad the E/Sloan angle reached a resolution, I thought that kinda gave the season a "Friends" like feel that it didn't need.
Matt Damon was hilarious!!
I honestly think this was the best finale in the show's six seasons.
