Has anyone else tried Wunder Radio? It allows you to stream a whole whack of radio stations. I was streaming the fan960 to catch the game. I think it's pretty cool.

I've actually been looking for a good radio application. Something that can take AM/FM radio stations, as well as online streaming. I'll give Wunder Radio a try. Thanks

thanks for the heads up monkeyman. I've been looking for a way to listen to the post game show while I take the train home after the game. Now I just need to debate whether or not the post game show is worth $6 to me. That would pretty much be the only time I'd use it.

FStream is free and can handle a wide variety of streaming formats, including WMA (yay!) You can enter custom URL's for stations you want to bookmark. Its the only app I've found so far that handles the CBC and CFNY, two stations I wanted to listen to over the net.

That's pretty cool. Does the fan 960 stream in such a way that this app won't pick it up? I can get cbc's to feed through fine but the fan seems to not work. Perhaps I'm just doing something wrong?

I just downloaded FStream. I'll see how that one is before making the jump to Wunder Radio.

Holy crap you're right! I'll have to give this a quick whirl.

Edit: Whirled ... pretty basic, does what it says. No TV notification though which hurts a little.

i assumed it wanted the asx link or something like that. X929 went to a flash based player, so not too sure how to extract the audio url

Microsoft released seadragon on the iphone. It's actually really cool, makes me want to create a few deep zoom galleries and use that as my photo viewer instead of the one apple has.

I just got an ipod touch earlier this weekend and before opening it, was checkin out what apps are available. Turns out there's one that functions as a breathalyzer. Thought that was pretty funny. I fly back and forth a lot between here and cowtown so Im glad to have bought it because it will keep me entertained in the airport..

Was going to get the IPhone since my current Sprint contract expires anyways but couldnt justify paying the 30 Data Plan charge each month in addition to the regular phone plan.

BTW, if anyone wants to buy an iPod touch, if you get it at Best Buy, they will give you a $50 gift card as an incentive!

They did here in San Jose, not sure about other ones, but thought that was pretty cool cuz I want to get the accessories (case, charger, alarm clock etc) and that will help!
