The moderator account is called "Moderator" 
alltherage, yeah the increments are something like that, though it gets harder to change the more squares in either direction.

I wasnt suggesting a conspiracy, someone asked a question, you gave the answer and I followed that procedure, and if it was "missed" or a reply was forgotten, you can call this a request to review my query again..i am happy with a yay or nay from the moderator account...just wanted to point something out and get some feedback.

By conspiracy I meant a conscious effort to not reply by the moderation team for whatever reason.
Saying that it "apparently" doesn't work (meaning I misled the poster) or that it wasn't worthy of a response (meaning we don't care enough to respond) isn't exactly the best way to ask.
A simple followup to the Moderator account would have been sufficient, sometimes the moderators get busy and someone intends to take care of it and then forgets.
After looking at it, I agree with KG I think the feedback was warranted.

Plus you can't always tell if the skill point is given, it takes more than one positive skill to go from one to two pips, two to three pips, etc.
