You're the one who jumped to the conclusion that McKenna deserves to spend years in prison, based only on the fact that he had been charged.

From the reports, it sounds like he was arrested before the video was obtained, and therefore the video was not the determining factor in that decision.

But of course you know exactly what he's guilty of, and how many years he should spend in the slammer, despite having precisely zero connection to the case and having seen precisely none of the evidence.

But you said they reviewed the footage before pressing charges with absolute certainty, only for it to be reported that footage was later reviewed after the charges were pressed, and you acted surprised.
