If it isn't coaching screwing up the PP shouldn't the team be making some progress and improving. They are 0-13 over the last 5 games, not including tonight, so they are getting chances but they can't figure out how to convert on them. We might not have the best players but even mediocre players should be able to put the puck in the net with some sort of decent PP system.
