He effectively said the same thing on the radio either yesterday or earlier today. He said when the time was right he’d be writing and discussing it on air but basically said within the next few weeks things will come to a head one way or another.

That should be our new go to play. As soon as the puck leaves our zone just bump the net off and then Markstrom goes off for the extra attacker.

Why was Thompson going to the bench for an extra attacker anyway? There was no penalty being called on the play.

Exactly and if the refs did their job and put the net back on the pegs (which the refs at times do, well they used to, not sure if it’s still done), the net would not have been wide open. As Thomson would still be in the crease.

No goal regardless, wouldnt have happened.

We would need the other team to bump the net off or push one of our players into the net to bump it off.
