Every now and then I commit to actually watching a game and then I am quickly reminded why I can’t be bothered most of the time. The officials & their lack of accountability completely ruin the experience for me.
At least when I’m at the games I don’t notice as much. Watching on TV is excruciating

When the commentators say it's a tough call, then they know it's utter BS. Ref should be ashamed of that. If that's 97 Edmonton gets a PP, not the other way around.

I know the nhl is trying to generate more offence but cmon, the penalties we’ve seen this year are ridiculous. I dont care who’s playing, it’s confusing, ruins the pace of the game and really makes the league look bad. Just let them play ffs.
