I feel like they’ve played a decent game with a few mental breakdowns as always. Of course those end up in the back of our net. This team needs some big saves or at least have our goalie outplay theirs for a change. It’s hard to chase the game and must be frustrating when you can’t ever get breaks from your goalie.

Terrible powerplay. Poor goaltending. Can't score when we're dominating. Defensive breakdowns. By this point, hard to say that's not the identity of this team. Every time I start to hope they're turning the corner, it's back to this type of game.

It's literally incredible the quality of pure trash Markstrom has turned into.

Honestly couldn't count on one hand how many times he's been the better goalie in a game this season, and I swear he's faced a backup/3rd string goalie in like half his starts

I don't think this is on the PP coach at all. The roster is just so inept offensively. They get the puck, but have no idea what to do with it or can't control it. It's why the Flames are so easy to defend because they can't make quick moving plays that can connect.

And then the odd times they get a great scoring chance, they miss the net or flub the shot. Very hard hockey to watch this season.

Again on that powerplay, Lindholm takes a low percentage shot that leads to a turnover, tired group has no clue defensively. Just giving this game away.
