It doesnt say that the Panthers are on the PP but it sure looks like it despite both teams having the same number of players on the ice.

He absolutely has. The problem is the team had worked hard for that 2-0 lead and had all the momentum and then he makes an idiotic play with the puck behind his net and completely turned the tide in this game in the wrong direction.
