There were some good individual performances (Zary, Pospisil, Pelletier, Duehr) which is what you want out of this kind of game. Stuff like team D and transition were lacking (of course).

Ya, not sure, just following Wills and Loubu and then Steinberg. They were gushing over Pelletier. If Zary was up there too even better.
Also only caught the last half of the game.

I don't know if it was the Oilers feed, but I didn't notice Pelletier as much as I did Zary. Francis wasn't noticeable in the last couple periods. Sounds like he had a good first though.
Wolf showed great lateral movement, but I think he got caught a bit out of position on those short side goals. Was also his first game action, so I think he will be better.

I don’t know if anyone is opening day material, but I could see Duehr or Pospisil being a 4th line call up. Big guys who play a simple but effective game.
