Great last couple of minutes there, solid team game overall.
Johnny through the slot to Mangi, and Valimaki through to Dube have been the 2 best chances off of passes but neither were particularly good shots it looked like.

The Flames entry is a ####ing joke. These guys do not worth their salary. How can we spend to the cap and build a team like this is really a scandal. Shameful performance. I hope they can pick it up in the third period

Just not much happening 5 on 5 with these lines in the first 20 games of the season. Would be nice to try Tkachuk with Backlund as his center and Monahan centering Gaudreau.

Our lack of team speed makes it sooo hard to watch sometimes. Flames are slowing the game down as much as possible and to their credit it’s stalling the leafs offensively.

Anything can happen in this last period but kind of a sobering game so far. All-world goaltending performance against a team starting their 3rd string goaltender and they have nothing. Kind of a bleak feeling as it just seems like they are playing out the string.

Ritter! Need to get through nz and just make some passes. Also don't let them get behind.
CGY just needs better play through nz and into offensive zone. Have to be able to get chances. Forecheck effectively.
