He honestly didn't even do anything really wrong. The officials didn't see what happened, but called it based on optics. And this is the result. It should've been a two minute at the most.
NHL officials should be embarrassed. Finally a call that screws over a team on a huge platform that they can't really brush off.

I’m not a fan of either team but that is one of the most frustrating things i’ve see as a fan of the sport. A bad call (on a very unfortunate play) literally just cost a team an entire series. Reffing has been atrocious the entire first round and this is the cherry on top.
Although Vegas needs to not let in 4 goals on a 5 minute PP. don’t think I’ve ever seen that.

Couldnt agree more...looked like something it wasnt....thats what happens at full speed sometimes.
Brutal timing for Vegas but they could have maybe not given up 4 either.
