Plus you end up getting a better draft pick.

Speaking of draft picks, it looks like the Flames will be picking 25th?

I would seriously sit Gaudreau and replace him with Czarnic.

I’d like to see a compilation of Avs zone entries. I swear to god in some of them our dmen are at the top of the circle when the puck carrier crosses the blue line. And our guy is standing still.

If this is the Playoff Neal we have been waiting for, I think I seen him in the regular season already. Thanks, James.

Is what it is. Huge challenge in front of the team but not impossible to overcome

Flames not adapting to whatever Avs are doing to cause neutral zone turnovers. They then keep coming in waves.

Also, Backlund let's McKinnon go game 2 for winner. Is afroad to hit Makar for Game 3 winner. Takes penalty after losing the puck for tying goal game 4.
A shrinking violet most games, playoffs downright terrible and has directly caused 2 of the 3 game winners and the game tying one tonight. Another 6 years.

I'd say you're the dolt for expecting this team to do anything in the playoffs regardless of where they finish the regular season

Frolik missed point blank in OT last time, Backlund missed the open net this time. If you don’t score on those chances you will pay. I felt it as soon as Backs failed on his attempt. You can't friggin do that!

That game broke their back, can't see them winning game 5 let alone 3 in a row.

I can't understand anyone thinking that this team isn't done.

What team are you watching?

I really don't think they have it in them to play well, something is wrong with the team dynamic.

If a player is really hurt or nursing a serious injury, they should be sat. Too many young healthy bodies to play anyone who is that bad.

More players with fragile minds than actually injuries, but we are saddled with some weak players.

To me Lindholm was the only glimmer on the top line.

Neal is absolutely useless.

How has nothing changed after Monday? The Coyotes in a must win between both teams gave up just 27 shots to the Avs in OT and had 44 themselves with considerably less talent. This is inexcusable defending, some of the worst I’ve ever seen in a playoff series.
It is eerily reminiscent of the 2007 series between the Flames and the Wings. If not for Kipper's brilliance, that one wouldn't have lasted 3 games let alone 6.

Peters getting absolutely schooled by Bednar. His lack of playoff coaching experience is showing. No adjustments game to game. Not able to focus and settle down the players. No answers.
