You aren't going to find a goalie that is going to out-duel Lundqvist at the trade deadline. Also, the Rangers have two goals.

Two.

One was a breakaway, that didn't actually go in the freaking net. The other, his entire team let a dude walk in un-opposed and bash one in.

Meanwhile, Gillies just made that save.

Why bother trying to write negative narratives midway through a game just because one team is getting crazy goaltending from a top 5 goalie in the league.

Blame the goalie. But the other teams goalie is always hot. Come on, that doesn't happen all year. Wake up. We Can't score. Our team can't do the one thing needed to win hockey games. Check the numbers (not Corsi)

Reading this you would think it was 12-1 for the Rangers.

You can see the talent there with Gillies, but he's still got some work to do with good consistency, and his leg strength.
First goal his pad was pushed in with the puck, second goal and he couldn't keep his pad on the post.
