That's pretty close to interference by Byfuglien. Not sure he's allowed to do that as Millen suggested.

Going over a classic pick 4 times, yet praising it

...why are these two goofs making a big deal over that contact? Ehlers clearly trying to sell something by diving.

I don't see how Ehlers got so hurt. I didn't see a hard elbow.

That’s not interference. Ferland has the puck a half second earlier.

Now they are calling for an elbow on Brodie.

Didn’t look like a dive at all
Looked like he was groggy. Should be sent to the room for evaluation

That play by Brodie would make Gordie Howe proud. Solid elbow, don't think it was intentional thought.

I'm beginning to think that Mike Smith is the only player on the Flames who Greg Millen knows.

I think refs just don't want to call anything on either team..

I don't remember Millen's game much but I bet he wasn't good at handling the puck and just can't believe Smith can do it.

Isn't Mangiapane an interesting case.
Visually, looks like he belongs in the NHL, but just can't buy a point. Gets sent down, pots 2 right away.
I'm pulling for him, but he better start producing else be be labelled a tweener forever.

I like how the Flames have started defending their crease this season. Ironic that Smith is the one leading by example. But they've started to be more comfortable using their muscle around the crease, before and after the whistle
