That is tough for the GM to do, people might start looking at him and questioning the team he built and the coach he hired.

Fire everyone and trade for Crosby, Stamkos, and Patty Kane

You better hope child services doesn't get involved.

When?
They either replace him with 20 games left in the season, since it will be long over by that point, with an eye to getting the guys a head start on a new coach, or we're with him until at least next year.
More than likely it's the latter. It's too late the make a coaching change to try and salvage this season if they think that's what's needed.
He's not getting fired, we're going to eat this bowl of #### all year if they don't turn it around fast.

Reduced, not gone. But they're definitely better than the start of the year.

Maybe Treliving was tired of drafting sixth.

I know Hartley seemed to genuinely still love the Flames even after being fired, but you have to wonder if there's a small part of him that watches these games at home and goes "hmmm, eh umm..honey...so it looks like umm....my old team is not winning 'ockey games without me. Bring me a couple more beers".

Fire Gulutzan, our pp every game has been 4 guys standing at the blue line and 1 guy trying to skate it into the zone. Nothing has changed

I agree. Firing him would just prove that he was a bad hire.

He won coach of the year in his first season with the Flames and was saddled with horrible goaltending in the second. Hartley should have been given the start of this season with a short leash.
With Hartley they played as a team and now we see a team with players trying to do it all themselves.

He's going to wear this horrendous start and he'll be gone quickly ie: if they fail to win one of their next four, and I'm not confident they will.

We're quickly approaching the point where there's no way to argue that isn't the case.

I'm sure we don't have to worry. The guy they hired to handle the special teams must have an extremely strong resume in this area given it was a point of emphasis when hiring this staff.....
