i wouldn't say 1st star against the Sens makes him great, but for our sake i'm glad Dougie has turned his game around. Personally, I'd still trade him on an upswing. But we will leave it at that for now.
Trade him because he's playing well???? That's awesome lol. Maybe if They trade him they can get a big young guy who puts up points on a good contract! Trade him because he's playing well lol.
Some people around here remind me of Homer, and not in a good way lol. "You played really well that's why it was so hard to cut you, you're cut. You're cut too shushy!"

Honestly, it's way too early to be pointing fingers at individual players (other than Grossmann of course, because OBVIOUSLY). New coach, new system, rusty superstar, unexpectedly shaky starting goalie. They'll hit their stride and I think they'll have a good season... eventually.

To me its always "A Dougie Hamilton is a Dougies Hamilton, but the mystery box could be anything. I'll take the box!!"

I would like to see Dougie and Brodie paired together for an extended stretch. That should be our top pair for the next 4+ years. Dougie is easily our best offensive Dman and he should get more minutes.
