Exactly. Which is why I said as much in the poll about the death penalty. I have two little girls, 6 and 8, mixed race, just like Taliyah. I'm trying to fight imagining what that little girl had to endure before her death. If she was like my girls, she knew nothing of hatred, real pain, or the sickness that so many people of this world have in them. She likely only knew happiness, kindness, love and affection.
The horror she likely went through is absolutely devastating to think about and yet I can't help it, thinking of my daughters. I'm so sorry for little Taliyah. RIP little one, please do. You deserve none of what happened to end your life. I truly hope your after life is what your life should have been...happy.

As I sit and wonder how someone can kill a child, I simultaneously think about how much I want to kill the person who did it.
I feel so bad for her family. Also for the mom, whose murder is like a backburner tragedy.

Thoughts are also with the officers who made the discovery. As one of the Herald reporter's on Twitter said earlier, a lot of these cops have their own kids at home. I can't even begin to imagine what that discovery would do to someone.

This is tragic. I can't think of any rational decision where someone would find the courage to harm kids in any manner let alone murder them. This scum bag deserves to be killed one day at a time in some horrendous manner that runs shivers down the spine of anyone even remotely thinking of harming children. May the little princess and her mother RIP. You both are at a better place than this cruel world. Please start a petition for death penalty?
